Cleanliness and hygiene is emphasized especially in pharmaceutical, semiconductor supplies and food & beverage production industry. It is therefore CDA purity audit based on international recognized standard ISO 8573-1:2010 for safe-to-use assurance.

CDA purity may specify into Classes in range of 1 to 5 by performing series of monitoring including Pressure Dew Point, Oil Content, Solid Particles (Non-Viable) and Microbial growth (Viable).
