The chilled water monitoring and balancing is to apply disciplined water flow rates throughout the HVAC system (Air-Handling Unit, Fan Coil Unit) to meet the requirements of the design in terms of temperature and relative humidity control. The designs may take consideration of occupant’s comfort, microbial growth, temperature and humidity sensitive product storage, effectiveness of heat removal and others.
